We're alive...just slacking with the blog here =p

So, let's see what's happened since the last time we posted here...well in the past year...we've moved out of my parents house and finally got to live in our own place - YAY.

We're enjoying living here in our nice little condo like apt., it has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms and upstairs/downstairs with a front and back door. It's a nice little neighborhood, our landlord is pretty annoying, he just walks in all the time and sits down to eat/visit or what not - just kidding, my Dad is our landlord so he's one of the best landlords we've both had =).

We lost Zorro, my/our zebra finch last fall and got our new cordon blue finch, Apollo, who we love, he's tons of fun! Aaron quit his job, I think around two or so months ago and hasn't got another one yet because he's been doing more school stuff for right now. He's doing well in school and took and passed another test this week...it's possible that he could be done with his schooling by the end of next year if he keeps up with it and all, but it might take longer too. It all depends on life, when he gets another job and all that.

We're both enjoying doing the stay at home thing and taking care of things as needed here and with ourselves. We get to see my family often, my Dad we see at least once a week usually since he drops by with being our landlord and all. We also see my family - my parents and sister and kids - twice a month for games and fun times. We see Aaron's parents/family whenever we get the chance to go drop by.

We keep in touch regularly with everyone in our families and close friends and don't have any really big or exciting news to tell lately. The weather is very weird here right now too with the going between the hot and the cold - I wish it would just choose one or settle with a happy medium in between hot and cold would be nice too.

Oh and Aaron's Grandma passed away around a month ago or actually probably closer to two months ago now - his Grandma that's his Dad's mom, I never actually met her, just heard about her, but it was around then that we decided it was best with everything going on for Aaron to quit his job and look for another one and then we ended up going down to visit his parents/family for about a week right after that when his Grandma died.

I'm sure there's more that's gone on in the past year, but for now this is all I can think of to put up at the moment. I or we will post more later.

Hopefully, one or both of us will try to do/get better and posting more regularly here on our blog from now on so we'll see =).

Here We Go...

Well, here you have it...we've started our family blog so you all can catch up on everything about us and our wacky ways ha ha.

Okay so we've been married now for almost 8 months, if you can believe that. Time seems to keep passing us by somehow.

We're currently living with my parents and getting our finances where we want so we can hopefully move out into our own place in the next little while or so. Aaron just started training for his new job a few days ago - YAY for him and his new job =). He's working with my sister and will be doing tech support for a genealogy website, ancestry.com, and I'm trying to figure something out to add a little extra income with some kind of work from home type job.

If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to send them my/our way...just leave a comment or something to let us know of anything if you hear of something that might work. I do have some ideas and things that I'm checking out, but as always these things take time.

Other than hanging out with my family and working on getting money to move out, we haven't been doing a whole lot more or I should say a whole lot that is that exciting. We go out from time to time and have movies we'd like to see, but haven't been to see one in the theater for a while now.

We both play around with and love all kinds of gadgets. He has his desktop computer and I have my laptop that we like to play on, watch movies and TV on and so forth. I'm hoping after we get moved out and more settled with finances etc that eventually I'll be able to have my own desktop computer as well, but for now my laptop is pretty good. Of course, my laptop's even better since I got some more RAM in it - YAY!

I've also been reading books like crazy whenever I can lately - you know me - little mrs bookworm. I have too many books to read though and just when I think I'm getting my book list down, I find some more =p.

All in all, things are pretty good for us, we're happy and doing well with things. So, here we go, tons of fun with us wacky Webbers...you never know what's in store or what might show up in our posts, here at our new family blog =).
